STRONG is the new beautiful
Starting tomorrow, this will be my workout plan (a combination of my workout routines from the past two summers)! These exercises never seem to fail me :) It’s very simple and all it takes is motivation and maybe a yoga mat! Join me and let’s all motivate each other to stay fit!
MONDAY
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 30 Knee Kicks
- 10 Burpees
- 40 Crunches
- 20 Squats
- 20 Pushups
- 1 Minute Wall Sit
- 30 Jumping Jacks
TUESDAY
- Yoga (45 minutes)
WEDNESDAY
- 50 Squats
- 30 Walking Lunges
- 30 Jumping Squats
- 30 Side Lunges
- 30 Bridges
(repeat)
THURSDAY
- Yoga (or if the weather is nice - 30 min jog)
FRIDAY
- 50 Crunches
- 20 Plank
- 20 Side Plank
- 50 Bicycle Twists
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
- Rest up!
That’s all there is to it! I always start off the week with a simple cardio exercise to get my body in to the swing of things and then work on a particular part of the body every day for the rest of the week, with yoga breaks in between. I always find that standing in front of a mirror while doing exercises helps me get through the whole routine. Blast your favourite music and enjoy the results of hard work!
