That’s all there is to it! I always start off the week with a simple cardio exercise to get my body in to the swing of things and then work on a particular part of the body every day for the rest of the week, with yoga breaks in between. I always find that standing in front of a mirror while doing exercises helps me get through the whole routine. Blast your favourite music and enjoy the results of hard work!

Look forward to a blog post about hair and skin tips coming soon! Feel free to leave me a message if there’s anything you’d like me to include in my blog!

my summer reading list! :)

always so excited to read some novels instead of textbooks! ordered these off amazon so they should be at my doorstep shortly. I’m going to be dropping by a library to check out some books on physiotherapy as well. I definitely lean towards books with wisdom that opens your eyes to new things and makes you a better and happier person. & Apparently I’m attracted to books with blue covers. What are you all reading? I would love some suggestions!  Also, if anyone has read Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, do share your opinions on the book!
